New Member Registration 

If you are a new member of the MHSAA, with less then 3 years of high school umpire experience. And would like to be assigned games with the WMUA, we are requesting that you enroll and complete the REFSREP online program. To help with the cost the program the WMUA will be investing 50% of the cost of the program ($50).

The online course with confidence will introduce the fundamentals of umpiring baseball/softball by anchoring you to core concepts in the rulebook. This course addresses the most important definitions, rules, and mechanics you will need to take the first step into becoming an umpire. It will use class work, quizzes and videos to help you understand.
